Slab Leak Repair Rooted in Orange County
David Morales started Brea Slab Leak Pros to handle the specific plumbing challenges that come with Brea's housing stock, from mid-century homes in Brea Olinda and Country Hills to properties near Brea Creek and Downtown Brea. Operating out of the shop at 439 W Lambert Rd Ste F, he focuses on slab leak detection and repair that accounts for the region's Mediterranean climate, where hot dry summers cause pipe expansion and mild winters still bring enough temperature swings to stress older lines under concrete.
The team serves neighborhoods across Brea as well as nearby Fullerton, Placentia, and La Habra, where soil movement around foundations and tree roots from local parks like Carbon Canyon Regional Park or Brea Sports Park often contribute to leaks. David keeps the schedule straightforward with hours Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm so homeowners can reach a Slab Leak Plumber who actually lives and works in the same communities.
Instead of generic approaches, the work centers on inspecting the actual slab conditions in each home, using equipment suited to Orange County's clay-heavy soils, and explaining findings clearly before any repair begins.
I started Brea Slab Leak Pros after years of seeing slab leaks go undetected in the older housing stock around Downtown Brea and Brea Olinda, where shifting soil from hot dry summers in Orange County's Mediterranean climate often cracks pipes under foundations. Growing up near Brea Sports Park and working jobs in Country Hills, Brea Creek, Fullerton, Placentia, and La Habra gave me a clear picture of how local terrain and water conditions change every job on the ground. I'm based at 439 W Lambert Rd Ste F, Brea, CA 92821 and open Mon–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 9am–2pm for slab leak repair and slab leak plumber calls across these neighborhoods.

Testimonials
What Brea, CA Customers Say
“High water bill and damp carpet near the kitchen prompted a call. They found the slab leak under the foundation by the dishwasher line, cut a targeted access point, replaced the corroded section, and patched the floor. Bills dropped and the carpet dried out within days.”
“Musty odor and dropping water pressure in the master bath led them to detect a pinhole leak in the slab pipe feeding the shower. They excavated one small section, swapped the pipe, and restored pressure without touching the rest of the bathroom.”
“Water appeared under the garage slab after the recent cold snap. Detection equipment pinpointed a break in the main supply line; they rerouted a short new section through the existing trench and sealed the concrete. No more standing water or pressure loss.”
